Weynon Priory Walkthrough – Oblivion Remastered Main Quest Guide

Following the Siege of Kvatch, you should return to Weynon Priory with Martin to proceed with the Oblivion main quest. Although this is one of the shorter main quests in Oblivion, there are still important elements to be aware of, such as encountering the hooded Mythic Dawn assassins you first met in the sewers at the beginning of the game.

Returning to Weynon Priory

You can fast travel with Martin back to Weynon Priory. Upon your arrival, a frantic civilian will meet you, informing you that the priory is under attack.

After the conversation, you'll quickly find yourself in combat with a pair of Mythic Dawn Agents. Defeat them and proceed into the church. Inside, you'll encounter two additional assassins. Overcome them and then talk to Jauffre, who informs you that the Amulet of Kings is concealed within the Priory.

Onward to Cloud Ruler Temple!

Return with him to the Weynon House to discover that the Amulet is missing. Martin needs to be safely escorted to the Cloud Ruler Temple. You can use Prior Maborel's horse from the stable for quicker travel, as he no longer requires it. The temple is marked on the map near Bruma in the north.

Upon reaching the temple, Martin will be welcomed at the gate and escorted inside. He will deliver a speech to the troops. Talk to him, and he will direct you to speak with Jauffre to find the Amulet of Kings. With everyone secure at Cloud Ruler Temple, it's time to proceed with The Path of Dawn quest.
